Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly interactions.
- Take and accurately process customer orders in a timely manner.
- Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about menu items.
Maintain Cleanliness and Organization:
- Keep the coffee preparation area clean and sanitized.
- Monitor and replenish coffee suppliers and ingredients.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area.
Adhere to Health and Safety Standards:
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and maintain a positive work environment.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about coffee trends, brewing techniques, and menu updates.
- Educate customers about different coffee blends and brewing methods.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
