Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovative menus aligned with the brand’s international concept
- Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency
- Lead, train, and motivate the culinary team
- Control inventory, costs, and supplier relationships
- Collaborate with management on concept development, promotions, and guest experience
- Maintain clear communication with front-of-house and management teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as Executive Chef or Head Chef in an international or upscale concept
- Strong creative skills in menu development and presentation
- Excellent kitchen management and team leadership abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of Saudi market or international experience preferred
