      Job Summary:

      As the Head Waiter, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of service and customer satisfaction that our client represents. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating front-of-house operations, leading the waitstaff team, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests.

      Key Responsibilities:



      1. Guest Service:

      • Provide impeccable service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with courtesy and efficiency.
      • Anticipate and respond to guest preferences and special requests.

      2. Team Leadership:

      • Supervise, train, and motivate the waitstaff team to maintain a high level of professionalism and service quality.
      • Delegate responsibilities and manage staff schedules effectively.

      3. Table Management:

      • Maintain an organized and efficient seating arrangement for guests.
      • Ensure timely table turnover without compromising the dining experience.

      4. Menu Knowledge:

      • Possess a strong understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation, and recommended pairings.
      • Assist guests in making informed menu choices.

      5. Problem Resolution:

      • Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, seeking resolution to their satisfaction.

      6. Upkeep and Presentation:

      • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, overseeing table settings and overall restaurant appearance.
      • Ensure that all service areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies.

      7. Health and Safety:

      • Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure the team follows proper sanitation and hygiene protocols.


      • Proven experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role, preferably within a fine dining concept.
      • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Effective leadership abilities and the ability to work well in a team.
      • Professional grooming and presentation.
      • Familiarity with franchise-specific operational procedures and standards.
      • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
