Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.

- Reservation Management: Maintain an organized system for managing reservations, ensuring accurate records and efficient table turnover.

- Collaboration: Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth communication and coordination for optimal guest satisfaction.

- Cleanliness: Monitor and maintain cleanliness in the reception and waiting areas, ensuring a tidy and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

- Problem Resolution: Handle guest issues or complaints with tact and composure, escalating to management when necessary.

- Upselling: Promote specials, events, and other offerings to enhance the overall guest experience and contribute to revenue generation.

- Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, taking reservations, and managing guest flow during peak hours.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
